Privacy built in from the start
Anyone collecting data through a website – via contact form, booking, newsletter or payment – must follow the GDPR and, in Germany, the TDDDG. I set up your systems so that data protection is part of the solution from day one:

Where possible, providers with EU servers and a data processing agreement (DPA).

This is how I work myself: my own websites use cookie-free statistics, double opt-in and providers with data processing agreements. The legal review of your privacy policy and legal notice is done by a lawyer or a reputable generator – I don’t replace that.

🧭 Clear boundaries
I advise on technology, workflows and marketing – not on legal or tax matters. Please clarify your legal notice, privacy policy, contracts, business registration and taxes with a lawyer, a tax advisor or your chamber of commerce. I’m happy to point you to good support.

Who owns the website and the accounts?
You do. Domain, website and all accounts (e.g. booking, payments, newsletter) are in your name – you always keep full control.
Can I change the website myself later?
Yes. I’ll show you how to update texts, prices and photos. If you’d rather have support, I’m there for you later too.
How long does it take?
It depends on the scope and how quickly texts and photos are ready. We estimate the timeframe together in the initial call.
Are 10 hours enough?
Usually yes for the most important foundations – for example website, booking and Google profile. Anything beyond that we discuss first.
Does this work if I start a business abroad?
Yes – we work together online. Please clarify the legal requirements in your country with local experts.
