Do I need to change everything at once?
No. We start with the one or two changes that bring the most, and build from there.
How much does business consulting cost?
It depends on the scope – from a compact business check to a guided implementation. In the free initial call we clarify what you need; then you get a clear quote. No VAT is charged under the German small business rule (§ 19 UStG).
How is this different from AI consulting?
Business consulting starts with your processes, offer and customers. AI consulting focuses on where AI tools can help. Many clients combine both.
